What You'll Do

1. Strategic Leadership & Governance

2. Develop leadership decks that provide strategic insights into financial and operational performance.

3. Establish and maintain robust controls on case exposure to proactively manage financial risk.

4. Represent India Finance in global ERP and process forums, influencing system design and implementation for efficiency and governance.

5. Process Optimization & Operations Management

6. Ensure seamless finance operations with high standards of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

7. Own and refine the end-to-end revenue cycle, improving forecasting accuracy and visibility for leadership.
8. Embed process automation and standardization to drive sustainable improvements.

9. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any tax-related reconciliations proactively.

10. Analytical & Reporting Excellence

11. Oversee deep-dive analyses of operational and financial data to guide decision-making.

12. Develop and maintain key performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

13. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level presentations.

14. Team Leadership & Development

15. Lead and mentor a large, high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

16. Align team structures and capabilities with evolving business priorities.
17. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

What You'll Bring

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 10+ years' experience in finance, operations, or business process leadership, with proven expertise in exposure management and revenue processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems, with experience influencing global implementations or process changes.
• Solid understanding of tax compliance in a multinational environment.
• Proven success in managing large teams and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and executive presentation design.

Who You'll Work With

This is a key role within the India Finance team, responsible for driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls. The position oversees financial exposure management, optimizes end-to-end revenue processes, and ensures smooth, compliant business operations. The role will lead management of deal economics, spearhead global system discussions (including SAP and other enterprise platforms), and strengthen governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will deliver insightful analysis and leadership-ready decks, align cross-functional teams towards common goals, and inspire high performance across a large, diverse team.
