About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire financial operations of the organization, ensuring financial stability, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting business growth with informed financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Evaluate and recommend investments, funding options, and cost-reduction opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to support company operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, preferably with leadership experience.

Professional qualification such as MBA (Finance) or equivalent is preferred.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, and financial reporting.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems, Excel).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
