About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Research Analyst (L2) with strong expertise in the healthcare and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle end-to-end research assignments, lead junior analysts, and deliver high-quality market reports with accuracy and depth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research across healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical devices, and diagnostics segments.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, technological developments, and growth drivers.

  • Interpret complex data and generate accurate market estimates, forecasts, and insights.

Report Development

  • Lead complete report creation: scoping, methodology, data modelling, content writing, and validation.

  • Ensure high-quality, detailed, structured, and client-ready deliverables.

  • Review reports created by junior analysts and ensure accuracy.

Client & Project Management

  • Interact with clients for requirements, project discussions, and clarifications.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery and quality control.

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on research outcomes.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Guide and mentor junior analysts in research methodology, writing, and data modelling.

  • Support the team in streamlining internal processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare market research.
