Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
at Apex Cura Healthcare in Hyderabad. You will be part of the early marketing team, working closely with the founders to drive lead generation and brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of digital campaigns, learn rapidly in a startup environment, and directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outbound email marketing campaigns and drip sequences.
  • Manage SEO/SEM and website optimization for lead conversion.
  • Create marketing content (brochures, landing pages, case studies, videos, and posts).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Research and build databases of hospital prospects using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in
    digital marketing, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and email automation tools
    .
  • Knowledge in
    content creation and marketing material
    .
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, or related field
    .
  • Prior experience in
    healthcare or SaaS
    domains is an added advantage.
