Techtron - Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Accounts & Marketplace Executive with strong experience across Sage 50, Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Cin7 and Shopify. This role bridges finance and e-commerce, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth order flow, and compliance across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in Sage 50, linked to Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
  • Reconcile marketplace payouts and fees against sales (Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
  • Monitor and analyse sales data by channel, producing weekly dashboards (Spend Orders Sales ROI).
  • Support VAT, compliance, and invoicing processes.
  • Liaise with logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Hands-on management of Amazon/eBay/Shopify dashboards.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of VAT and international e-commerce accounting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
