Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Listing Coordinator to join our Pune-based operations team. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, along with a strong understanding of other major e-commerce platforms and digital tools.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and SEO effectivenesssupporting our global e-commerce strategy across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Listing Creation & Optimization
• Create, upload, and manage listings on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, and other platforms.
• Use bulk upload templates, flat files, or APIs where applicable to manage large catalogs efficiently.
• Set up variations, parent-child listings, item specifics, and backend keywords (especially for Amazon and eBay).
• Ensure listings follow platform-specific content policies, category standards, and image requirements.
• Content Management
• Write or optimize SEO-rich titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced/A+ content.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product images, infographics, lifestyle shots, and video assets.
• Generate or improve content using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to save time and boost quality.
• Localize listings for international marketplaces and ensure language/content consistency.
• Platform Trading & Sales Performance
• Monitor Buy Box performance, seller health, reviews, listing quality reports, etc.
• Set and update competitive pricing, stock availability, and promotional offers aligned with campaign strategies
• Track KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, ASIN suppression issues, and recommend improvements
• Assist in preparing listings ahead of major sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.)
• Process Management & Troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and updated listing database using Google Drive, Excel Online, and Sheets
• Coordinate with Amazon/eBay support teams to resolve issues like listing removals, policy flags, etc.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, logistics, digital) to ensure alignment across platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
• Flat file uploads, bulk edits, A+ content, backend keywords, variation setup, and feedback handling
• Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn Shopify for product maintenance and sync
• Knowledge of listing on platforms like TikTok Shop, Temu, or similar is a bonus
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows, product categorization, and international marketplaces
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI-based tools for content, productivity, or automation
• Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets, including formula-based reporting and cleanup
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, Slack, Notion, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with attention to detail
• Exposure to Walmart Marketplace, Flipkart Seller Hub, Noon, or Shopee is a plus
• Understanding of listing automation tools or ERP integrations is an added advantage
