We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive to manage and optimize our marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto. The role involves handling order processing, purchase orders, invoicing, appointment scheduling, shipment creation, report generation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations (Amazon / Flipkart / Zepto/etc.)
  • Strong data & analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day marketplace operations.
  2. Create purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
  3. Manage the invoicing process, including invoice upload and reconciliation.
  4. Schedule and coordinate PO appointments to streamline the order fulfillment process.
  5. Generate and manage shipment labels for efficient dispatch of orders.
  6. Collaborate with Depo-Warehouse team to monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
  7. Coordinate closely with logistics partners to facilitate smooth order deliveries.
  8. Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and improve customer satisfaction.
