Responsibilities:
Drive technology based recruitment process and sustainable sourcing methods; develop a resource contingency plan, with a passion to grow organizational capability development thereby manage global talent mobility, human capital & value creation for Essilor Greater India & its partner entities; ensure suitable talent is hired with a focus on the Group Company's Mission of "Improving Lives by Improving Sight".
Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit:
- Plan, lead & support the recruitment process for all levels of Management for EIPL Greater India & Partner Entities.
- Understand the organizational & department structures; align critical recruitments for the business & evaluate the Return of Investment for every critical hiring
- Drive with competence the recruitment process by understanding the functionality of the role & the need for the position in the respective department.
- Prepare an annual hiring budget based on the manpower requirements & organizational structure
- Develop/ Modify hiring policy, recruitment process flow and employee referral
- Encourage recruitment through Internal Sourcing Method, Internal Job Postings [IJPs], Employee Reference & Campus Hiring
- Support/ facilitate departments to source the right talent within the right time
- Ensure smooth onboarding process by facilitating the joining formalities
- Establish & grow sustained networking relationships & interact with global stakeholders
- Co-ordinate & facilitate with all Regional HRs for effective onboarding
- Build, retain & evaluate efficiencies of Recruitment Partners & auxiliary vendors
- Integrate technology based hiring & selection process including interviewing, career fitment & compensation, negotiation & offers
- Develop & manage New Hire Employee Engagement Feedback system
- Develop a Role/Job Description Repository of all positions based on the organization structure & frame job descriptions for each position.
- Implement Talent Hiring Dashboards
- Execute agreements with respect to recruitments, employment contracts, secondment & any other in terms of talent employability.
- Develop HR Dashboards/ HR Metrics to facilitate and ensure effective and clear decision. Provide timely HR Support in terms of Onboarding, HR Operations and Payroll Management.
- Market intelligence and participate in related forums to understand market trend analysis with respect to initiatives / best practices adopted in various industries in context to Talent Acquisition & Management, Competency Mapping, Assessment & Framework, Technology based Recruitment & Selection process, Sourcing Methods
- Participate in special HR Projects
Requirements:
- Experienced as a Specialist of one or more of the following BUs: Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Organization Design & Capability Development
- 15 years of work experience of which 10+ years in Human Resources – Talent Acquisition & Management & Functional Human Resources
- One or more of the following industries: medical device, FMCG, retail, manufacturing
- Must have domestic hiring experience, APAC or beyond collaboration experience is an advantage
- Collaboration with large teams, Managing internal & candidate expectations, Relationship Building, Organizational Design & Capability Development, Mobility of Right Talent, Hands on with Artificial Intelligence / ERP applications or tools
- Bachelor degree, post graduate in Management from reputed Business School specialized in Human Resources or any Human Resources Management course/ Personnel Management from approved recognized Institutions, certified on competency based hiring is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English and local language. Multilingual will be an advantage
