DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Manager to lead out Talent Acquisitions (TA) function in India. This is a key role within our global TA organization, responsible for driving our hiring strategy in India leading a team of TA professionals, and delivering top talent across a wide range of functions in India, including our GCC in Bangalore. As the TA manager for India, your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You will partner closely with the business and HR to shape and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals while also directly managing full-cycle recruitments yourself for key roles.

This role will report to the regional manager for Talent Acquisitions for EMEA & APAC, based in Sweden.

o Lead and develop a function of five TA professional based out of Noida, Bangalore and Mumbai.

o Build strong relationships with business and HR leaders to understand business goals and workforce needs

o Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring trends and talent market insights.

o Utilize reporting functionality in ATS and other sources to monitor recruitment metrics, improve sourcing strategies and make informed data-driven decisions

o Personally manager end-to end recruitment for key roles

o Drive objective, bias-free recruitment processes using structured interviews and assessments. Optimize local hiring practices in alignment with global standards and ensure compliance with all employment laws.

o Partner with HR and Marketing to enhance Sinch's employer brand and attract top talent

REQUIREMENTS

· 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity preferred

· Experience recruiting for a GCC or Shared Service Centre as well as for a wide range of business functions including Finance and IT.

· Experience working in a global matrix organization

· Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and growing high-performing TA teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.

· Strong stakeholder management and ability to leverage data to influence

· Exceptional ability to translate business needs into effective hiring solutions.

· Effective communicator with ability to "keep it simple" when translating and motivating the application of global processes in India, while clearly articulating local needs and requirements to global leadership.

· Strong knowledge of HR technology (Oracle is a plus), and recruitment analytics.

· A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field from recognized institution.
