Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive (Finance) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining statutory compliance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience using modern accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting including accounts payable, receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with government regulations.
  • Support in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist in MIS reporting and financial analysis for management decision-making.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data management.
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Inter CA / CMA qualification preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work if required).
  • Office-based role in Bangalore.
