Work will involve leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the science of wellness, creative thinking, researching traditional Indian Ayurvedic practices and international wellness techniques, planning & launching innovative wellness services and products at Tattva.
You must have a deep understanding of Ayurveda and/or other natural wellness practices and flair for consumer research and creativity. If you yourself love massages and understand the space of wellness & hospitality services you are the perfect match

Role Overview
The
Manager, Wellness Experience & Product Innovation
will play a central role in
designing and curating spa services, rituals, and product-led experiences
. This mid-level role requires a
blend of creativity, professional spa knowledge, and market awareness
to translate wellness innovations into scalable offerings for our spa chain.
The manager will work closely with Operations, Training, Marketing, and external product partners to ensure concepts are
innovative, practical, and brand-aligned
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
wellness design, spa therapies, yoga, and sensory experience creation
, with the ability to document and scale those ideas through structured training and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Service & Experience Innovation
- Research, design, and develop new spa therapies, wellness rituals, and sensory journeys that blend tradition with modern wellness trends.
- Curate signature treatments, seasonal promotions, and themed wellness packages that differentiate Tattva from competitors.
- Innovate
pre/post-therapy rituals
(foot soaks, tea ceremonies, aroma journeys, sound baths, recovery add-ons) to elevate the guest experience.
2.
Product Development & Supplier Collaboration
- Ideate, sample, and curate wellness products (oils, scrubs, wraps, accessories) in collaboration with third-party suppliers and other wellness products brands.
- Work on product-led experience enhancements across the guest journey — from welcome rituals to post-care retail touchpoints.
- Ensure all products meet brand, safety, and quality standards.
3.
Training & Therapist Enablement
- Build
training modules, manuals, and SOPs
for new service concepts and product integrations.
- Partner with the Training team to design therapist workshops that focus on new rituals, yoga add-ons, sound healing, or specialized techniques.
- Monitor training outcomes to ensure service consistency across spas.
4.
Trend Scanning & Research
- Track global wellness innovations (biohacking, longevity rituals, Ayurveda-modern blends, mindfulness therapies).
- Adapt global best practices into
locally relevant, culturally resonant offerings
for Indian spa guests.
- Benchmark Tattva against leading spa/wellness brands and propose differentiators.
5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with
Operations
to ensure feasibility, scalability, and cost efficiency of service rollouts.
- Work with
Marketing
to craft storytelling, menu copy, and positioning of new services.
- Support
Procurement & Supply Chain
in onboarding suppliers for wellness products.
6.
Quality & Brand Alignment
- Audit and refine guest experience standards during rollouts.
- Strongly align service offering with brand Tattva anchored on the pillars of a balanced lifestyle.
- Create
service toolkits, menus, and playbooks
for scaling innovations across 100+ spas.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Experience
: 5–8 years in spa/wellness, luxury hospitality, or wellness product development.
Background
: Professional knowledge of spa therapies and wellness practices (massage, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, sound bath). Exposure to luxury wellness brands or resorts as Direcror of Wellness is a plus.
Skills
:
- Expertise in spa treatments, wellness rituals, oils, and sensory journey design.
- Ability to ideate and curate products with third-party suppliers.
- Strong training design and facilitation skills.
- Creative concepting + practical execution mindset.
- Working knowledge of
professional tools like PowerPoint and Excel
for documentation, training, and presentations.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across operations, marketing, training, and procurement.
Education
: Degree/Diploma in hospitality / Spa/Wellness Management, Ayurveda or professional education in Psychology, Design and self taught on wellness practices.
