Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tech Support Engineer. The Tech Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries, addressing technical issues, and resolving customer problems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware and software, managing customer hardware and software issues, documenting processes, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support. The role requires strong communication skills to provide effective technical support to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of hardware and software
  • Ability to document technical processes and procedures
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and IT infrastructure
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking skills
  • B.Tech. in any stream.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are beneficial
