Position: Travel Sales Consultant

Destination Expert- Europe

We are looking for a business development executive to join our company to help us create and

organize trips for our clients. You will be required to interact with our clients and

guide them toward picking the best holiday package to suit all of their

requirements. Your contribution will impact our company as well as the

satisfaction of our customers and drive profits. We are looking for an experienced

Sales executive who specializes in tailor made travel and tours.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Help clients identify their ideal travel package and suggest the best package.
  • Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
  • Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers.
  • Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
  • Negotiate any customisation or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
  • Reach the sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on travel trends.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields.
  • Destination Knowledge: Must have knowledge and experience in international destinations.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role for International Sales
  • Fundamental knowledge of Visa process.
  • A proven track record of securing sales in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and liaison skills.
  • Natural rapport-building skills.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Self motivated and target driven.
