BellaVita Organic is a fast-growing D2C beauty and personal care brand rooted in Ayurveda and modern innovation. We focus on creating products that consumers love, combining quality, design, and sustainability. As we scale our product portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our NPD packaging operations from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end NPD packaging process, including design, sourcing, prototyping, approvals, and production.
  • Finalize packaging elements for perfumes and other products, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors (Glass, Perfume Bottles, Printing, Packaging Suppliers).
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand aesthetics and positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team responsible for packaging execution and vendor management.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely product launches.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance and explore innovative packaging solutions.

Requirements : -

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field; Diploma in Packaging preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in NPD packaging operations, ideally in perfumes, beauty, or FMCG.
  • Strong vendor network in glass bottles, perfume bottles, and creative packaging suppliers.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well-spoken, confident, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Eye for design, aesthetics, and quality.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
