Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will lead, plan, and execute various initiatives and projects to drive success for our B2B and SaaS clients. Responsibilities include defining project timelines, managing deliverables, overseeing expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations. The role also involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping projects aligned with strategic goals.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Project Manager who can take charge of a high-impact product launch — managing cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and overall execution.

This isn't your usual "follow-the-checklist" role. We need someone who's strategic enough to plan, operational enough to execute, and analytical enough to measure success — someone who's led similar growth or product rollout projects before and can connect all the dots to make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a new product vertical.
  • Develop detailed launch roadmaps, timelines, and ownership frameworks.
  • Collaborate with tech, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify dependencies, manage priorities, and clear roadblocks proactively.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics post-launch.
  • Optimize processes for speed, accountability, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with founders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and structured feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Product Launches, or Growth Operations (startup or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven success in managing multi-departmental projects or product rollouts
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of execution frameworks and cross-team collaboration
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset — ability to connect data with execution outcomes

Nice to Have

Experience in launching new product verticals or business models.

Familiarity with growth marketing or user acquisition processes.

Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital-first setup.
