We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as IT Executives (Support). As an IT Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge of our software.

Role & responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) in a professional and courteous manner.

* Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions to understand their needs.

* Assist customers in resolving issues and troubleshoot problems.

* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments when necessary.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

* Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer support.

* Strive to achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and response times.

* Continuously learn about our software to enhance your support capabilities.

* Identify and report any recurring customer issues or trends to the team lead.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree or equivalent (any stream).

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English and Hindi].

* Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and a patient, empathetic attitude.

* Problem-Solving: Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Learning Agility: Willingness to learn new software, products, and processes quickly.
