Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to manage daily financial tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and summaries.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
  • Monitor company's financial performance by analyzing data and producing reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements, if required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Master's degree or professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
  • Experience in food industry are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
