Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Relations Manager located in Noida. The Community Relations Manager will oversee community engagement initiatives, organize and manage events, and act as the liaison between the organization and its community. Responsibilities include fostering relationships, coordinating public relations efforts, enhancing sales opportunities through outreach programs, and building a strong connection with stakeholders to maintain a positive organizational reputation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Community Engagement and Public Relations to build connections and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders and the community.
  • Experience in Event Planning to organize and execute successful community events.
  • Proficiency in Sales to identify opportunities and promote initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in building community-centric programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the education sector is an added advantage.
