Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Noida. The Customer Relations Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client communication, resolving issues, overseeing customer accounts, implementing feedback systems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and loyalty. The role also requires monitoring performance metrics and recommending process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in client account management and feedback handling
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Organizational skills with an ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Understanding of basic customer service frameworks and practices
  • Proven experience in customer relations, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer analytics tools is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
