We are strengthening our finance and accounting team to support the company's growing business and ensure financial excellence through accurate, compliant, and ROI-focused accounting practices.Position Overview:The Accounts & Accounting Expert will be responsible for managing ISNAP's complete financial ecosystem, from payment reconciliations and compliance to P&L management and profitability optimization. The ideal candidate should have deep financial expertise, hands-on experience with eCommerce accounting, and strong business acumen to drive efficiency and compliance across all financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage accurate financial books and company ledgers in line with accounting standards and internal policies.Prepare, monitor, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to identify business performance trends.Manage daily accounting operations, including billing, vendor payments, reimbursements, and internal reconciliations.Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payment reconciliations with banks, payment gateways, and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).Track and resolve discrepancies between marketplace settlements and internal accounting data to maintain complete financial accuracy.Handle all taxation and statutory compliance processes, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings, ensuring on-time and error-free submissions.Prepare and present Monthly MIS Reports highlighting revenue performance, cost tracking, and financial health for management review.Work closely with auditors during statutory and internal audits, ensuring zero non-compliance and transparent reporting.Analyze P&L data to identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend measures to improve gross margins and profitability.Support business forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for growth tracking and ROI projections.Manage financial reconciliation and settlements with eCommerce and Quick Commerce marketplaces.Maintain clear and accurate records for all sales, returns, commissions, and chargebacks.Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and improve financial processes.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation procedures, and taxation laws.Expertise in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis, pivot tables, and dashboards.Strong understanding of marketplace and eCommerce accounting workflows.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Maintain 100% accuracy in all financial data entries and reconciliations.Ensure 100% on-time tax filing and statutory compliance every month.Submit Monthly MIS and Financial Reports by the 5th of each month.Achieve zero audit remarks or non-compliance observations during annual audits.Improve gross margin tracking by 5–10% per quarter through cost optimization.Maintain
