We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, assisting with month-end close processes, US payroll, Billing invoicing and supporting audits and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
  • Prepare and file sales tax, use tax, and other regulatory reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Review expense reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 35 years of accounting experience, preferably in a US IT-based company.
  • Experience with Intuit Quickbooks is required"
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP.
  • Running US payroll and having strong experience of ADP/ Intuit processing
  • Expert in Billing invoicing and following up on Payment.
  • Proficiency with accounting software especially QuickBooks.
  • Filling of taxes and handling 1041, 1099 and other tax terms.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or on CPA track.
