Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4–6 years of professional experience to manage accounting operations, including GST filing, financial reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in preparing quotations, tender documents, and working with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • GST & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Generate MIS reports and support audits as required.
  • Software & Tools:
  • Operate accounting packages such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting software.
  • Maintain and update digital and physical financial records.
  • General Administration:
  • Support office administration tasks including procurement, vendor management, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.(Preferebly M.com)
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in GST filing and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Experience in preparing tenders and quotations is a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Trading or Manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
