Eligibility Criteria:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or completion of CA Inter/CA Finals/Articleship/ICMAI/Cost Accountant Certification.
• Extensive years of relevant accounting and financial experience, preferably within the IT and Staffing industry.
• Good understanding of Staffing Business operations is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) accounting software or ADP Payroll for payroll processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our finance team.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, particularly within the IT and Staffing industry in the USA.
• As a US Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate financial management of our US operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of accounting tasks, including:
• Managing the daily operations of the US accounting department to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
• Coordinating with internal teams to assess project billing statuses before each payroll cycle.
• Timesheet management, coordination, and preparation of payroll sheets, including time hours, billable rates, and payment percentages.
• Validation and processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.
• Reconciliation of customer payments and deductions related to insurance companies and consultant payroll calculations.
• Handling customer inquiries related to invoices, net terms, and net term deductions.
• Utilizing QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) accounting software or ADP Payroll for payroll processing, including adding, changing, and terminating assignments.
• Generating financial reports and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Preparation of employee W2, 1099 accounts, and balance sheets.
• Reporting on accrual profit and other financial metrics.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for AP/AR invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records of checks received and online payments, and applying transactions in QuickBooks.
• Collaborating with customers on payment-related issues and coordinating with insurance companies.
