Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their style and budget.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing offers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Ensure the showroom displays are always organized and visually appealing.
  • Handle billing, packaging, and other post-sales activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Retail preferred.
  • Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software).
  • Fluency in [Local Language] and English/Hindi.
