About the Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Growth Expert who can handle Quillorria's entire digital presence — from Instagram to Meta Ads — and build the brand into a luxury Ayurvedic household name.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute content calendar (Reels, posts, stories) around Ayurveda, skincare, and lifestyle.
  • Optimize Quillorria's social platforms using growth algorithms (engagement patterns, timing, hooks).
  • Work with designer + founder to create premium-looking visuals.
  • Manage ad campaigns (Meta + Google) — set up audiences, track conversions, report insights.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships.
  • Drive organic engagement + follower growth through smart trend adaptation and storytelling.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Meta, and YouTube algorithms
  • Knows how to turn storytelling into sales funnels
  • Creative mindset + analytical brain (knows what content performs and why)
  • Familiar with luxury branding & aesthetics
  • Can take ownership — treat Quillorria like their own brand

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

  • Performance incentives (sales-based bonus after 3 months)
