About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Visit potential clients in assigned territories to present and promote products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
- Familiarity with the Noida and NCR market.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
