Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for internal applications, software tools, and diagnostic platforms.
  • Monitor application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs, enhancements, and deployment challenges.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations within application systems.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and change requests.
  • Support software release cycles and coordinate with QA and Dev teams during testing phases.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and smooth integration between systems.
  • Assist in user training and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Application Support or Technical Support roles.
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases (SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging).
  • Knowledge of .NET-based or web-based applications is an added advantage.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360, ₹480,000.00 per year
