Job Description (JD)Role Overview

The Government Projects & Tenders Executive will be responsible for handling government tenders and projects, with a primary focus on document management, coordination, and regular follow-up calls with government departments and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender & Project Coordination

  • Assist in handling government tenders and ongoing government projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for required tender and project inputs.
  • Support submission of bids and project-related communications.

Documentation Management

  • Prepare, collect, verify, and maintain all tender and project-related documents.
  • Maintain proper records of tender documents, agreements, approvals, BG/EMD, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Ensure documents are updated, organized, and readily available when required.

Follow-up & Communication

  • Make regular follow-up calls to government departments for tender status, approvals, and project updates.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
  • Track responses and maintain follow-up logs for tenders and projects.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation as per government norms.
  • Assist in basic reporting related to tender status and project progress.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong documentation and coordination skills.
  • Good verbal communication for follow-up calls.
  • Basic knowledge of government tenders and e-procurement processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0.6-2 years of experience in government project or tender support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
