Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Coordinator (Male) to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and a strong communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams. Responsible for inter-departmental coordination, liaising with government/private departments, and supporting fundraising activities. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.

--- Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities

* Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

* Prepare reports, presentations & project documentation

* Track project progress and timelines

* Monitor budget and resources

* Ensure compliance with project goals and deadlines

* Facilitate meetings and communicate updates clearly

* Address issues and escalate where needed Liaise with government departments, donors, CSR teams, and partner organizations

* Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth project execution

* Assist in fundraising activities, donor follow-ups, and proposal support

* Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records

* Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

* Organize meetings, field visits, and stakeholder communications

* Support monitoring & evaluation and submit regular progress reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/ Masters in Social Work / Management / Business / related field

2–5 years experience in project coordination, liaisoning, or fundraising

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

Experience dealing with government offices / NGOs / CSR teams

Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness for local travel and field coordination

Preferred

Experience in NGO / Development / CSR projects

Prior exposure to fundraising or donor coordination

Knowledge of Rajasthan government departments is an advantage


Work Details

Location: Jaipur Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)
