Role Overview

  • Act as a key contributor to seamless project execution across multiple project clusters
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using JIRA
  • Serve as a liaison between technical, functional, and PMO teams
  • Enable clear communication, delivery alignment, and smooth project execution
  • Support client-facing activities, including preparation and facilitation of demos and presentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Manage and track project tasks in JIRA, including sprint progress, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation such as Statements of Work (SoW), Minutes of Meetings (MoM), reports, and dashboards
  • Facilitate team readiness and participation in client demos and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, QA, UI/UX, and PMO stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment
  • Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to PMO governance, delivery processes, and organizational standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking and sprint management
  • Excellent communication, reporting, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise-scale delivery environments is an added advantage
