Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost team productivity and market penetration.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and assist the team in closing complex deals.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly professional.
  • Well-versed in luxury lifestyle preferences and customer psychology.
