Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive
Business Development Manager
who will spearhead client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and open new growth channels. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will develop and drive our pipeline, engage with high-potential brands and agencies, and help shape the growth strategy of our business.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, research and qualify high-potential e-commerce brands and DTC agencies.
  • Conduct outreach (cold, warm & referral-based) to schedule discovery and closing calls.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (Founders, Marketing Heads, COO).
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to craft proposals, presentations and customised solutions.
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, closed deals and revenue growth.
  • Develop growth strategies for new verticals, geographies or service offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales or partnerships within e-commerce, SaaS or consulting.
  • Demonstrated track-record of closing deals and hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-pace, results-oriented environment.
  • Good analytical mindset; comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce brands, digital marketing, and outreach channels is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
