Job Description:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Staffing, IT Services Pre-Sales, or Consulting domain. The candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales enablement to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and target accounts
  • Respond to incoming leads, RFPs, and RFIs with customized responses, capability decks, and case studies
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database across industries like Digital, Engineering, Embedded, ERP, BFSI
  • Collaborate with Sales Director to develop sales content and presentations
  • Qualify leads via discovery calls and prepare detailed lead briefs for Sales or Inside Sales teams
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead progress from MQL to SQL to opportunity

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, or Lead Qualification in IT Staffing/IT Services
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), confident in cold calling and lead nurturing
  • Strong analytical skills to segment market and assess competitor positioning
  • Ability to manage multiple lead channels and work closely with Marketing & Sales teams
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is a plus
