Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive will play a critical role in the success of our retail showroom by providing outstanding customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Showcase and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep the showroom organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Process transactions and manage documentation related to sales.

Qualifications

  • Any bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle diverse clients.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
