We are expanding rapidly and looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth, acquisition campaigns, and overall marketing strategy.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across digital, social, and offline channels. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support revenue targets for both free and premium business listings.

You will work closely with leadership, design teams, sales teams, and external partners to scale Ellopages' marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build quarterly and annual marketing plans for user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, keyword strategy, and website optimization to improve organic search ranking.
  • Plan and execute content marketing: blogs, emails, newsletters, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive app installs and traffic to Ellopages through performance marketing.

3. Social Media & Brand Management

  • Build a strong social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create monthly content calendars and manage creatives + engagement metrics.
  • Enhance brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

4. Partnerships & Business Growth

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, local business communities, and strategic partners.
  • Support sales teams with marketing assets, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
  • Organize webinars, events, and promotional campaigns to onboard new businesses.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: leads, acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards, and ad manager insights.
  • Present monthly performance reports and improvement plans to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing (preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and performance analytics.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills
