Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee solar projects ranging from 100 kW to 1 MW. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on experience in solar project execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage solar projects from concept to commissioning.

  2. Oversee projects in the 100 kW 1 MW range, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  4. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot operational issues.

  5. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards.

  7. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.

  8. Lead and guide project teams, ensuring effective communication and task completion.

  9. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and project deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.

  2. 6 – 10 years of experience in the solar industry, with project management experience in 100 kW – 1 MW scale projects.

  3. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, project execution, and installation practices.

  4. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

  5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, Marketing and communication skills.

  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.

  7. Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in solar projects.
