Description
As a Sales Executive for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the SCV-Rural Auto-RA-Retail Sales department. Your primary focus will be on generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of rural auto businesses and offering tailored financial solutions to help them thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients in the rural auto industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • A results-driven and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • A valid driving license is an asset.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to excel in a competitive environment.
