Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit Out

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to handle high-value commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and lead teams effectively while keeping clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Leading and mentoring site teams across multiple projects
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and design teams
  • Monitoring quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance
  • Managing budgets, resources, and vendor negotiations
  • Regular reporting to management and clients
  • Flexibility to travel for outstation projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial interior projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,300,000.00 per year
