Job Title: Project Manager (Gateway)

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Director – Project Management

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading assigned projects to achieve scope, cost, schedule, quality, and client relationship objectives. The role involves planning and organizing engineering functions, coordinating with clients, managing project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to meet financial, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Manage client interactions and build strong relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Oversee project teams and sub-consultants, delegating effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and change notices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior project managers/engineers and promote best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning.
  • Minimum 15 years//' industry experience, with at least 9 years in project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/GMP projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in scheduling, project controls, and IT tools (MS Office, planning & scheduling software).
  • Knowledge of Earned Value and project management methods.
