Job Description

As a CA Industrial Trainee – Treasury (Debt Raisie), you will work closely with the Treasury & Finance team and get exposure to the complete debt-raising process and related activities. This role offers a great learning platform for candidates interested in understanding how NBFCs manage their funding, liquidity, and lender relationships.

  • Assist in end-to-end debt raising across Term Loans, Listed NCDs, and Securitization / Direct Assignment transactions.
  • Lender relationship management – preparing MIS, coordinating for data and documentation, and maintaining track of lender interactions.
  • Assist in due diligence and audits from lenders, investors.
  • Assist in the credit rating process of the company.
  • Proactive involvement in market research, and strategy for continuous reduction in cost of funds.
  • Prepare and maintain Treasury MIS including borrowing cost analysis, repayment tracking, and covenant monitoring.
  • Assist in documentation and compliance related to debt agreements and funding transactions.
  • Participate in special projects within the finance function, including automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaison with internal & external teams (finance, legal, operations etc) for data and deliverables related to debt transactions.

Tenure: As per ICAI Industrial Training period

Stipend: 30,000 per month
