Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Manage filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support various departments with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
