Office Assistant

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including MSOffice (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5yearsofrelevantexperienceingeneraladministration.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Government/PSUs.
Desired Skills:
- Good knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Office Administration & Coordination
Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation efficiently.
Collaborate with the Head Admin and Senior Administrative Officers for work allotted by them.
Assist in preparing reports, notes, and maintaining compliance with organizational processes.
Assisting the seniors in renovation work related matters.
Cross-Verifying Petty CashVouchers, canteen bills, etc. and processing for Head Admin approval.
Cross-verifying and Maintaining records of Service Agreements
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
