Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OT (Operation Theatre) Technician to join our healthcare team in Dhamangaon, Nashik. The role involves supporting surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring smooth functioning of the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries.
  • Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Maintain inventory of OT supplies and instruments.
  • Monitor patients' vitals and assist in pre- and post-operative care as required.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for efficient OT management.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization techniques, and patient care.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Certificate in OT Technology or relevant paramedical qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on OT experience in a hospital/healthcare setup.
