  • Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and materials prior to operations.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of instruments and equipment.
  • Check the functioning of OT lights, suction machines, anesthesia machines, and monitors before every surgery.
  • Assist in positioning and preparation of patients for surgery.
  • Assist the surgical team during operations by passing instruments and materials.
  • Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques during the entire procedure.
  • Handle surgical specimens carefully and ensure correct labeling.
  • Monitor and manage surgical instruments and sponges during procedures.
  • Help in transferring patients to the recovery room with proper care.
  • Clean, sterilize, and restock the operation theatre after each procedure.
  • Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
  • Maintain an inventory of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables.
  • Report equipment malfunction or repair needs promptly.
  • Coordinate with biomedical and maintenance departments for servicing of OT equipment.
  • Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols strictly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, OT logs, and checklists.
  • Adhere to NABH and hospital quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
