Team - The current opening is with S&P's Transactions division that publishes Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Market data. The Transaction Researcher serves as S&P's in-house expert and will gain in-depth exposure to one of the many covered regions, while having frequent interaction with the team globally to learn the industry dynamics with a passion to create a symbiotic work culture.

Responsibilities:
1.    To ensure that adequate training is received for satisfactory delivery on workflow
2.    Understand the working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows and have good working knowledge of work tools
3.    Stay abreast of updated guidelines and policies
4.    Deliver as per pre-defined team targets
5.    Add/edit data as per process guidelines
6.    Fix errors as per quality feedback within specified time and report back after completion
7.    Extract and validate required information for Capital Offerings from filing documents
8.    High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment towards delivering high quality service
9.    Daily reporting of work performed during the day in the reporting tools
10.    Timely and appropriate response to mails from co-workers & seniors
11.    Participate in team activities

Above average verbal & written communication skills
Should be able to work under pressure
Should be able to work with benchmarks
Effective time management & should be punctual
Should have good command over typing (keyboard) and have basic knowledge of computer

Basic Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA
