Hiring: ERP Functional Consultant (Full-Time)

OSDuo Tech LLP is expanding its ERP consulting team and is looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for customers across manufacturing, trading, retail, and service industries.

Role: ERP Functional Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:


• Own end-to-end ERP implementations including requirement analysis, configuration, go-live, and stabilization


• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and GAP analysis


• Configure ERP modules such as Accounts, Buying, Selling, Stock, Manufacturing, Projects, and HRMS


• Design Chart of Accounts, GST/TDS structures, pricing rules, and approval workflows


• Define inventory structures, valuation methods, and warehouse controls


• Support manufacturing setups including BOMs, routings, work orders, subcontracting, and quality processes


• Plan and validate data migration and opening balances


• Conduct user training and UAT support


• Collaborate closely with technical, DevOps, and support teams

Required Experience & Skills:


• 4–6 years of ERP functional consulting or implementation experience


• Hands-on experience with MSME-focused ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, or similar)


• Strong accounting fundamentals including GL, AP, AR, GST, and statutory compliance


• Solid understanding of inventory management and costing methods


• Manufacturing ERP exposure is mandatory for manufacturing projects


• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
