Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional / Technical Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Consultant (Functional / Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, with the ability to manage both functional configurations and technical development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including GL, AR, FA, CM, and PA.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations and reports using PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and PaaS.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting best practices in all system configurations and customizations.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Project Accounting (PA).
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, OIC, BIP, OTBI, and PaaS.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
