Key responsibilities

  • Client engagement and requirements analysis: Lead client engagements, gather and analyze business requirements, and ensure project objectives align with client needs.
  • Solution design and implementation: Design and deliver functional specifications, and work with technical teams to create and implement integrated solutions.
  • Project management: Play a key role in project planning, risk assessment, and change management processes.
  • Technical and functional bridge: Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Support and training: Provide ongoing support to clients, resolve issues, conduct training sessions, and educate clients on system functionalities.
  • Mentorship and leadership: Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Process optimization: Create and deploy automation tools to improve efficiency and optimize processes.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Basis Upgrade .
