Job Summary:
As an Analyst in the Workforce Planning Team at Diversified, you will play a key role in optimizing talent allocation and improving organizational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, and superior analytical skills for accurate forecasting. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in workforce management software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategically navigate the changing needs of workforce planning. Your efforts will be crucial in strategically deploying talent to drive project success and support organizational growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Advanced Strategic Workforce Analysis: Lead and innovate methodology used for daily scheduling and talent allocation decisions by applying expert knowledge of workforce analytics. Ensure all efforts are tightly integrated with strategic business objectives, requiring a proactive and predictive approach to managing workforce dynamics.
- Sophisticated Data-Driven Decision-Making: Independently conduct deep analyses of complex workforce metrics including headcount, turnover rates, forecasted and current labor demand. Utilize advanced statistical techniques to derive actionable insights that influence strategic staffing and operational excellence.
- Expertise in Workforce Forecasting: Demonstrate a high-level proficiency in synthesizing business trends, economic indicators, and strategic objectives to forecast workforce needs. Expertly navigate through rapidly changing market conditions to maintain alignment with long-term corporate goals.
- Mastery of Workforce Management Software: Achieve and maintain expert-level proficiency in workforce management software and planning tools. Lead organizational adaptation to new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization across departments.
- Leadership in Communication and Team Collaboration: Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex staffing discussions. Build and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure staffing strategies are comprehensively supported and implemented.
- Innovative Problem Solving in Workforce Management: Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to complex workforce management challenges. Lead initiatives that focus on scalable, sustainable, and effective problem-solving methods, setting new benchmarks in workforce optimization.
- Dedication to Continuous Improvement and Learning: Embrace a leadership role in staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in workforce management. Foster a culture of continuous professional development and innovation within the team.
- Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Design, develop, and oversee the maintenance of sophisticated Workforce Planning reporting systems. Provide strategic insights through advanced analytics, covering both service level agreements and detailed staffing forecasts, to inform decision-making at the executive level.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years' experience as a workforce planner
- Expert in workforce management software and planning tools.
- Experienced with Power BI and NetSuite / OpenAir software.
- Skilled in transforming raw data into actionable reports for strategic decision-making.
- Practical experience in workforce planning.
- Certified in workforce planning or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in leading organizational change, particularly in workforce adjustments.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess workforce data.
- Competent in statistical analysis for interpreting headcount and turnover rates.
- Experienced in developing and implementing innovative workforce management solutions.
