Job Summary Our client is seeking experienced Microsoft Desktop Engineers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and O365, who can support large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in endpoint management and security, with a user-first mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and deploy scalable endpoint solutions across a large user base.

Must-Haves: 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation Deep understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and MDM policies Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security practices
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Deployment: Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra ID, and related Microsoft solutions Administer Windows Autopilot with Intune policy configurations Create and enforce compliance policies and configuration profiles Manage Windows update policies, application packaging, and deployments Troubleshoot and support hardware/software on Windows OS

Virtual Desktop Administration: Administer Microsoft Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Amazon Workspaces Monitor and troubleshoot issues using Log Analytics and Endpoint Analytics

Collaboration & Documentation: Work with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and enterprise endpoint security Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policies, and modern desktop management

Technical Skills: PowerShell scripting and task automation Strong skills in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and Office 365 administration Understanding of Microsoft security patching and deployment

Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation abilities

Nice to Have: Certifications: Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect, Network+, A+ Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and modern endpoint security Experience with tools like ManageEngine (Endpoint Central), Qualys VMDR, Cisco Endpoint Secure, CrowdStrike Understanding of ServiceNow and Freshservice ITIL or other service management certifications Strong grasp of network infrastructure and protocols
